If brackets are not complete by May 5, 2010 age groups and/or classes may be combined at the discretion of theTournament Director. Teams will be notified of any such changes by May 20, 2010. Once an application has been received and accepted no refunds will be made. Fees are nonrefundable for any reason

• Player IDs (found on player passes)
• Birthdates
• Uniform Numbers

Note: Rosters will freeze at the time of check-in. Any changes can be made online through June 1. Please use the Guest Player Form above for any guest players and/or Tournament Director approved overrostered players and remit at the time of check-in.
